These terms govern your use of DocDigest. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

DocDigest compiles documents you upload into a single Markdown or JSON digest for use with large language models. The service is provided on an as-is basis, and features may change over time.

Your content and responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the files you upload and the digests generated from them.
• You are responsible for having the rights to process the files you upload, and for complying with applicable law.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not permitted to share.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or use it to process content in violation of others' rights. We may suspend access for abuse.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep DocDigest available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DocDigest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service does not replace your own review of any generated output.
